Our aim with InMotion Sports Pictures is to meet the expectations of 3 entities which are:
- The staff or the individual who booked us to take these photos.
- The player and or the team.
- The parent or guardian of those players.
When this happens, everything else works itself out perfectly.
To make sure everyone is satisfied we work with each school, or league, and find out what has worked best in the past and what other photographers, if any, have done that falls short. This way, if we're chosen as your sports photographer, we'll have a greater chance of assuring a successful outcome.
One way to make sure everything goes as expected is to first establish what style of photos you are looking for. When it comes to styles you have 2 options.
A. Sports Natural Environment
This is where the player or the team will be photographed in the natural environment with a real background, such as football players photographed out on the football field, or in the bleachers.

B. Sports Superimposed
In this process, each player and coach is photographed individually against a white backdrop, and then we digitally composite a custom background. This allows us to create both individual player photos and a team composite without needing everyone present at the same time. While photographing each person separately may take a bit longer than capturing the whole team in one shot, it offers significant advantages. If any players are absent on picture day, we can easily add them in later, provided they’re photographed under the same conditions. Plus, we can replace the background with any scene you can imagine—whether it’s a grand football stadium, a brick wall, or something entirely unique. This method offers flexibility and creativity, making your team photo truly stand out.
PRICING
Typically, we have 3 packages and several Ala carte items that can be purchased in 2 ways.
#1. Via an envelope that we provide to coaches so they can pass out to each player a few weeks prior to picture day. This is the best way to collect orders because it not only allows the players to see the packages ahead of time and to scan the QR code on that envelope for the purpose of placing Pre-sale orders online but it guarantees all Pre-sale orders (aka any order that was purchased online before or the day of picture day) to be fulfilled and delivered directly to the coach on time.
#2. Order products and or packages online after picture day. This is ideal for purchasing additional products or packages and is not recommended as the first choice of ordering sports pictures because those purchasing post Sports picture day will have to pay additional shipping fees and will receive their order after everyone else has already received their orders from their coach.
