HOW IT WORKS

Ideally, we like to schedule either a quick call or a meeting to discuss the details of your project and get an idea of your vision before proceeding with scheduling but in some cases a quick email might suffice, for example if you just need real estate ground photos interior and exterior of a small commercial property.

What does Raw Processed mean?

This is the step, before Photoshop happens, where we adjust colors, lighting, texture, sharpness, contrast, and lens corrections and remove unwanted vignetting, as well as straighten and crop images for a cleaner look opposed to right out of the camera.

What does Photoshop or Advanced editing mean?

Photoshop or Advanced editing means to manipulate an image such as removing a subject, cleaning up unwanted cracks on a street, reducing blemishes on a persons face, or just about anything our clients see as a distraction beyond the basic coloring and lighting adjustments.

Original= How the image was taken.

Raw Processed= Basic adjustments of lighting and color included with coverage.

Photoshop Master Edit= For an additional fee, we will edit your photo to create a magazine worthy image.

Coverage

All Coverage pricing below includes Raw Processed images. Photoshopping an image, such as removing telephone pole wires or image manipulation, is not included in Raw Processed images but can be purchased separately.

Complete

Once we've completed a job we typically get images back to you in 7 to 10 days, or less, via digital download. These JPEG images will be Raw Processed and ready to use.

Photoshop

If any images look like they could use some extra attention you can choose to purchase Photoshop Edits on as many Raw Processed images as you'd like for an additional fee.

Commercial Photos Pricing

With Commercial Photos you'll receive the Raw Processed Digital Images, delivered via download. This means we'll correct colors, brightness and clarity of all images captured during the coverage time.

 

  • Commercial Photos Basic: Includes 1 Commercial Photographer for approx. 1 hour of coverage + Digital images | Starting at $550

 

Additional Editing:  Photoshop (Advanced editing) is not included with the images. However, you will have the opportunity to request and purchase additional editing needs once images have been delivered. Editing services range from $65 - $200 depending on the requests per each image.

Additional Photoshop Edits

  • Photoshop Edits - Low (for images that require very little editing) | $30 per image
  • Photoshop Edits - Medium (for images that require standard editing) | starting at $65 per image
  • Photoshop Edits - High (for images that require a lot of editing) | starting at $125 per image
  • Photoshop Edits - Master (for images that require expert level editing) | starting at $200 per image
