How We Capture Real Estate Photos

Our Real Estate Photos are captured using a technique known as HDR (High Dynamic Range). This means the images we deliver to our clients will appear to be edited since we're merging just the right amount of bright images with dark images from each scene.

In other words, no photoshop is needed to create the look you see in the "HDR FINAL IMAGE" sample below. If an image needs editing, such as removing a For Sale sign or skid marks on a parking lot, this can be purchased separately and is known as Photoshop Edits.

Photo

  • Ground Photos (interior/exterior) approx. 30 HDR images | $350
  • Aerial Photos (interior/exterior) approx. 20 HDR images | $350
  • Ground Photos + Aerial Photos (interior/exterior) approx. 50 HDR images | $550

 

Photoshop Edits

  • Low (images that require very little editing) | $30 per image
  • Medium (images that require standard editing) | $65 per image
  • High (images that require a lot of editing) |  $125 per image
  • Master Edit (images that require expert level editing) | $200 per image

 

Video

  • Aerial only Video (60 sec video with music + titles) | $350
  • Walk-thru Tour Video (60 sec. video with music + titles) | $550  /  add aerial $650
  • Listing Slideshow (images edited to music - up to 1 min) | $100

What kind of equipment will you bring?

Generally we use a Canon 5DIV with an 11-24 Canon lens that has the ability to capture even the smallest of spaces. In addition, and depending on the job, we may bring other specialty lenses or a drone.

How does payment work?

In most cases we can tell you over the phone how much a job should cost but in some cases we might have to put together an estimate and email it to you before moving forward. Once the estimate is approved it will get converted to an invoice and a minimum of 50% is required upfront to book the job.
