InMotionPro: A Legacy of Growth

Founded as Multi-Video Productions in 2004, we rebranded to InMotionPro in 2010 to reflect our expanding services and creative direction. What began as a small video production company has since grown into one of Bakersfield's premier photography and video production studios. Over the years, we’ve refined our craft and built a team dedicated to bringing your vision to life through high-quality photography, video, and seamless client experiences. From humble beginnings to where we are today, we’re proud of our journey and excited to continue growing with our community.

JOSEPH

Joseph is the driving force behind InMotionPro, which he founded at just 22 years old. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in corporate photography and video production, focusing on building strong client relationships and ensuring businesses get the high-quality content they need to elevate their brand. From commercial projects to dynamic marketing content, Joseph works closely with clients to deliver strategic results. Beyond the camera, his expertise in web design, SEO, and marketing helps clients maximize the impact of their visuals. Passionate about education, Joseph is also expanding into photography workshops to share his knowledge with others.

ROSA

Rosa has been instrumental in building InMotionPro into what it is today. As the heart of the company, she specializes in weddings, portraits, senior photography, and sports. With a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in math, Rosa combines creativity with strong organizational skills to ensure every client’s experience is seamless. From coordinating shoots to managing the details and handling all the financials, she keeps everything running efficiently, ensuring that projects stay on track and clients get exactly what they need. Her sharp focus approach and attention to detail help create a professional environment where clients receive exactly what they need, resulting in authentic, lasting memories.

ROSALIE-Special Projects coordinator

With InMotion since 2018, Rosalie is an essential part of the team, serving as the Lead Video Editor, headshot portrait photographer, and Special Projects coordinator. With over five years of experience, she specializes in headshots and corporate projects while also managing gear-related services. Whether behind the camera or in the editing suite, Rosalie’s attention to detail and technical expertise guarantee that every project meets InMotionPro’s high standards. Her versatility and dedication make her a key contributor in bringing Joseph and Rosa’s creative vision to life.

OSCAR-Studio Coordinator & Production Assistant

With InMotion since 2021, Oscar has been a vital part of InMotionPro, keeping the studio clean, organized, and running smoothly. Beyond maintaining the space, he also assists with repairs and joins the team on corporate shoots as a grip and production assistant. Quiet but always dependable, Oscar is the kind of team member who steps in without hesitation, ensuring every project runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

GALILEA-Senior Portrait Photographer & Imaging Specialist

With InMotion since 2022, Galilea started at InMotionPro as a seasonal team member but quickly outshined the rest, earning a part-time position through her dedication and talent. Over the past two years, she has become an exceptional senior portrait photographer and photo editor, bringing creativity and precision to every project. She also ensures that client orders are printed on time and at the highest quality. Always willing to take on any task, Galilea’s strong work ethic and rapid growth make her an invaluable part of the team.
