PortraitPass Session includes:

Unlimited studio backdrops, Unlimited outfits, Unlimited people per session (limited to backdrop size), up to a 45 minute sessions and up to 45 viewable images per session. Once you've taken the photos you can choose to view the images in-person or online for all your viewing and ordering needs.
Scheduling window for all PortraitPass sessions are allowed only during our normal studio hours Tue.-Fri. 11am - 5pm excluding Blackout dates.
Scheduling window for all PortraitPass sessions are also allowed on any upcoming Special Occasions.

Preferred $295: 12 PortraitPass Sessions (per year), 12 Digital Credits (per year) 12 month Pass excludes less Blackout dates.
Gold $395: 24 PortraitPass Sessions (per year), 24 Digital Credits (per year), 12 month Pass with far less Blackout dates.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unless noted below, “we,” “our” and “us” refers to InMotionPro; and “you” and “your” refers to the Client. This agreement incorporates the entire understanding of both parties, and the parties agree to all its terms. Each person signing as Client(s) below will be fully responsible for ensuring that full payment is made pursuant to the terms of this agreement. This agreement will be covered by the laws of California. VERSION 01272020

1. Auto-renewal & Cancellation

I understand that PortraitPass is an Annual membership that will Auto-renew each year unless I submit, in writing, a request to opt-out of auto-renewal of my membership.

2. Copyright: We love showing off what we do for a living with the world but we also understand how important your privacy is to you. Please check below if you agree or do not agree with us using any images or video captured during any of your PortraitPass sessions for display, trade shows, advertisement, commercial, and promotional purpose.

3. Limit of Liability

We do not guarantee storing of any images that were taken during your PortraitPass session beyond the expiration of your online proofing date.

4. Restrictions

I understand, as an Annual-pass member, I can only schedule PortraitPass sessions during normal studio hours of Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 5:00pm and on Upcoming Special Occasion dates excluding Blackout dates. In addition, if I do not use any or all of my PortraitPass sessions during my membership term and/or any or all included benefits I understand I am forfeiting my membership privileges without compensation or monies returned.

5. Viewing

I understand photos from a PortraitPass session can take up to 7 business days before they are ready to be viewed.

5. Delivery

Products, prints and albums can take up to 4 weeks or longer depending on the amount of changes/edits requested on image(s).

6. Scheduling

I understand that I will be receiving an invoice to pay for my PortraitPass Annual membership and if for any reason my payment does not go through I understand I can not schedule any PortraitPass sessions.

7. Payment

I authorize InMotionPro to charge my credit card above for agreed upon purchases. I understand that my information will be saved on file for Annual-auto renewal.
